North St. Paul permit to use.
Permit information would be available at City Hall or by calling the city phone number at 651-747-2400 or at Northstpaul.org |
“On September 18th we honor the 79th birthday of the United States Air Force, our nation’s high flying military branch having served since 1947 and before that as the Army Air Force in WWiI and Army Air Corps since WWI. Remember the service and sacrifice of those veterans during the month of September as their flag waves to citizens high above Veterans Park.” |
